Your main tasks:

• Identify, validate, and implement AI-driven solutions that create measurable business value while establishing the necessary infrastructure and environment
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various domains to pinpoint high-impact AI opportunities, while also proactively identifying and realizing new potentials
• Work closely with business specialists and IT-experts, like data warehousing, infrastructure and system management to ensure seamless AI integration
• Drive the AI strategy and roadmap, aligning business objectives with the best available solutions—ranging from commercial AI tools to custom-built and self-trained models

Your profile:

• Strong proficiency in AI/ML programming with Python as well as SQL databases
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, and cloud-native AI architectures
• Expertise in processing structured and unstructured data
• Skilled in training, fine-tuning, and optimizing LLMs, autoencoders, neural networks, and other AI models for various applications
• Experience in building and maintaining scalable AI infrastructures, ensuring a complete ML Ops lifecycle, including automated training, deployment, re-training, versioning, and resource optimization
• Strong ability to bridge the gap between technical AI capabilities and business needs
• Skilled in gathering and refining technical requirements, aligning AI solutions with business objectives, and proactively identifying AI-driven opportunities
• Experienced in presenting best practices and results to stakeholders
• Actively mitigates risks related to AI-driven automation and decision-making
